Titan Training is a family owned and operated gym that offers top-notch equipment, expert coaching, and a supportive community to help members achieve their fitness goals. Our gym is designed to provide a comfortable and motivating environment for individuals of all fitness levels to improve their health and fitness.

We offer a variety of fitness programs and classes, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, group fitness bootcamp classes, and personal training. Our experienced trainers and coaches work closely with members to create personalized fitness plans that cater to their individual needs and goals.

BOOTCAMP
CLASS

Fitness Bootcamp classes are the most popular membership we offer. Class sizes are limited from 2-10 members per class. This ensures that all members can be coached on form, technique and how much weight to use.  You will never be lost in the class and will learn how to perform every exercise correctly and safely.  These workouts will challenge all fitness levels from beginner to expert and will improve all fitness health markers (strength, mobility, and cardio).

Sports Training is offered for team training or individual athletic training looking to increase speed, agility, strength and explosiveness. There are very similar movement patterns across all sports and every athlete, regardless of sport, will benefit from being stronger, faster and more explosive.

One on One Personal Training

One ON one
TRAINING 

One on one personal training is best for someone who has a very specific goal in mind. Programming for these workouts are tailored solely to an individuals specific goal. E.g., (increasing strength for specific exercises, programming and workouts for bodybuilding or specific training to complete an event). Our personal training is perfect if you have a set goal and want the quickest and most efficient training to get you there.

  • Do I need to be "fit" to get started?
    The Titan Training program will help any individual get better. Whether you are starting as a total beginner or experienced lifter, everyone will be challenged. Our fitness bootcamp is circuit based and perfect for individuals looking to begin or return to their fitness journey.
  • What should you wear?
    You wil want to wear athletic clothes and shoes. Shoes should be well fitting so your foot doesn't slide around inside the shoe.
  • What should you bring to the workout?
    Definitley want to bring a water bottle. We do not have drinking fountains but have refill stations for water bottles or we have water bottles for purchase. Towels are recommended but not required.
  • What should you eat before a workout?
    Some people choose to workout on an empty stomach. I recommend eating a medium sized piece of fruit (apple, grapes, banana, melon...). This will help stabelize your blood sugar and give you some good energy for the workout.
